Wisha Plains Wisha plains is a pretty good description of what it is. The Plains is basically a huge sea of grass, and is very windy and cold. It is easy to get lost here, and the poke'mon aren't very helpful, being that they can only fly. |

Withgrand City Withgrand City was the original capital until the Tipoca "Empire" grew. The streets are lined with bronze, and the palace is completely made of marble to compliment the wind type. Harsh winds blow, and tornadoes are not a rare sight, especially ontop the palace's highest tower. |
