Froth island is the Island of ice, and to explain what it is doesn't take much thought. The whole entire island is pretty much just icy tundra, witha hill and a cave every couple of miles. The island is peaceful and quiet, and all the surviving cities are either thriving or about to die and freeze, so not much a choice of life or death here, mother nature does that ^.^
